Orders are typically processed and dispatched within an average timeframe of 3 to 7 business days upon payment confirmation. To ensure timely delivery, we advise placing your orders well in advance, considering potential delays that may occur.

Several factors may affect delivery times, including:

  • The existing queue of pending shipments before yours.
  • Availability of the ordered products
  • Current conditions of the distribution network

You can conveniently track the status of your shipment through your client account and via email update.

We offer three shipping options: standard, domestic, and private courier, each with corresponding charges adjusted during checkout.

*Please note that delivery estimates are based on averages and are not guaranteed. Shipments to specific regions, including Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Réunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, may experience additional delays.

**For private courier shipments, a delivery signature is typically required. However, the courier may, at their discretion, leave the package in a secure location.

Reshipment Policy and Insurance

At RoidsMania, our aim is the seamless delivery of every order. Nevertheless, in the rare event of delivery issues such as lost packages, damaged goods, or customs seizures, we are prepared to address these problems.

Our Protocol for Delivery Issues

Should any complications arise with your shipment, we are committed to resolving them under the following conditions:

  • Insurance (covering 10% of the total order amount) must have been selected during order confirmation. This option is available only for private and domestic shipments.
  • Any issues must be reported to our customer service within 14 days.
  • An official customs seizure letter must be provided via email.

The Importance of Opting for Insurance

Without insurance, RoidsMania cannot be held responsible for any customs seizures, lost packages, or damages. We strongly urge our customers to opt for insurance, enhancing the likelihood of successful delivery. Requests for reshipment or compensation for orders placed without insurance will not be entertained.

Online status of the shipment

The online delivery status is definitive. Claims for reshipment will not be accepted if the package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Such status indicates successful delivery to the recipient.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and being available for delivery. If a delivery attempt fails or the carrier cannot identify the mailbox, the package will be deemed delivered. To prevent misdelivery, ensure the recipient’s name is clearly labeled on the mailbox or doorbell.
Note that insurance will not cover failed deliveries under these circumstances.

Claiming Insurance for Damaged Goods

In the event of damage, the unopened vacuum-sealed plastic containing the products must be intact to claim insurance. Evidence of the damage, through photos or videos, should be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.

Insurance Coverage Limit

Insurance covers up to €500 worth of products (as priced on our site, excluding discounts) for loss, damage, or customs seizure. Compensation will be provided as a product reshipment or a voucher for use on RoidsMania.Com.
