Delivery time

All orders are shipped on average within 3 to 7 business days after the confirmation of payment., we strongly suggest to all of our customers to avoid last minute orders to receive your products on time.

This delay is given as information purposes only, the delivery time depends on:

  • The number of packages pending before yours
  • Product availability : Some products need few days in order to be back in stock
  • Reliability and condition of the network

The status of your order in your customer area will be updated and you will receive an email as soon as your package will be shipped

We offer two different shipping methods. Regular Mail and Private Courier. In the checkout screen you need to choose one of the shipping methods and the charge will be added automatically, the choice of carrier is at our suggestion.

*Deliveries to islands destinations such as Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Reunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis, Futuna may be subject to delivery delays.

Orders for postal sectors of the Army are accepted


We are trying to maximize the delivery rate as much we can. Even all the order are packed discreetly sometimes there might be problems in the custom/lost parcel or some damage during the transport.

In this case we offer reshipping your order one more time free of charge under these conditions :

  • You made your order with the insurance (10 % of the amount of the order, optional insurance is only available with express shipping)
  • You report the problem to our customer service within the limit of 14 days.
  • You send with your report a picture of the offical notice (official letter) of seizure from the customs.

The insurance only covers the following situations: product breakage, total loss of the package, and full seizure of the package by customs.

For orders without our optional insurance, once the package is sent, it becomes the sole responsibility of the customer. RoidsMania highly recommends that all customers opt for this insurance to maximize the chances of successful delivery. Please note that without this insurance, no claims for lost or damaged packages will be accepted.

The insurance does not cover losses resulting from theft committed by individuals with malicious intent during the delivery of mail or parcels.

The online delivery status will be the only reference, and no claim regarding a product return can be made if the package displays a “delivered” status on the carrier’s website. We will assume that the package has been successfully delivered to its intended recipient.

In the case of the use of insurance for breakage, the vacuumed transparent plastic containing the products should not be opened. If the vacuumed plastic  is opened, the warranty for breakage will be invalid.No repayment order will be made by the insurance, there can be a reshipment of the order up to a maximum of 600 USD (case of loss, breakage or seizure of the package)In the case of the use of insurance for customs seizure, if your address is black-listed you will not have the right of the return of your orderThe cover of our insurance does not cover all countries, so when finalizing your cart if you do not have the possibility to choose the insurance option, it means that your country is not covered by it.
